Enjoy Three Days of Unique Exhibits and Demonstrations

  • Parades:
    • Horse Parade
    • Antique Truck & Car Parade
    • Feature Parade
    • Parade of Power
  • Quilting, spinning and rug-making demonstrations
  • Come and watch a seed cleaning and grain grinding demonstration on your way to the north field
  • Check out the live entertainment daily on the Calgary Stampede Stage afternoons and evenings, included in your admission
  • Be sure to visit the Wheelwright’s building for a live demonstration on how wagon wheels are made
  • Watch the Blacksmiths forging hot metal in our well-equipped Blacksmith Shop, creating both practical items and works of art
  • You’ll want to check out the Bunk Car and Cook Car used by the pioneers to support the crews of men during harvest in those early years. You may even be surprised with live entertainment
  • Field Demonstrations
    • Horse-drawn plowing, cultivating, and binder work
    • Steam-driven plowing and threshing
  • Pioneer World Exhibits including crafts and baking
  • Main Stage activities
    • Antique Tractor Pulls
    • Slow Races
    • Skills Competitions
  • Church Service: Sunday 9:30 am
  • Pioneer Market (Trade Fair) booths open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm all three days

Food Services

  • Pancake Breakfast: All three days from 7:00 am to 10:00 am
  • Regular concessions throughout the day
  • Steak Supper: Friday and Saturday night at 5:30 pm

Convenient Next Door Camping

  • Un-serviced sites $20 (cash only) for the entire weekend - Thursday afternoon through Monday morning
  • Free shuttle between the campground and the show gate (volunteers permitting)
  • No reservations required or accepted - arrive anytime from Thursday afternoon onward
