Pioneer Market Exhibitors

Our Pioneer Market exhibitors are a valuable part of our Annual Show and we are happy to assist you in any way we can. Please look over the information here to familiarize yourself with our procedures and then submit your registration.

Our 49th Annual Show will be held on August 10, 11 & 12, 2018 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm daily and all exhibitors are expected to be there for the complete show. Set-up will take place on Thursday, August 9 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

Important Notes

  • Electricity is available in the Pioneer Market building.
  • Camping is available on the east side of the grounds, with a shuttle service between the campgrounds and the main show gate. Shuttles are also available between the show gate and the Pioneer Market building.
  • The building is locked and secured each night between 5:00 pm and 8:00 am but please bring covers for your table(s).
  • Please bring your own chair, if required.

Registration and payment deadline is Friday, July 27, 2018. Payment can be made by cash or cheque and your registration is not considered complete until payment is received. We would appreciate you scanning a copy of your completed form and emailing it to pioneermarket@pioneeracres.ab.ca prior to mailing so we have some advance notice of your intentions.
